On the 1st of each month, Skylark Chemical organizes company personnel to the outdoor expansion venue for team building activities as usual. This is also to improve the teamwork ability and cohesion between new and old employees and management.
As an ice-breaking project for every team building, "Climbing the Graduation Wall" activity can always create a fiery atmosphere, break the communication barriers between each other, and lay the foundation for mutual understanding.
All the staff will work together to use various methods other than props to allow everyone to climb the 5-meter-high wooden wall. "High-altitude Corridor" is a necessary team building activity. After completion, everyone is excited about breaking through the fear of heights. In the final "singing" activity, everyone showed their excellent singing ability on the stage.
The employees have strengthened their understanding and communication skills through the generation, presentation and integration of the team, which enhanced the spirit of creating an excellent team. They received changes and benefits through experiential learning about more life insights.
